Close but no cigar. I almost predicted the exact electoral college result in the US presidential election.
The Obama surge across middle America even picked up North Carolina (Republican since Carter in 1976) and Indiana (Republican since Johnson in 1964), but failed narrowly to win Missouri.

With Americans waking up tomorrow going to the polls, here is my final prediction: Obama beating McCain by 338 electoral college votes to 200.
